OFAC Updates: West Bank-related Designations and Russia-related Designation Removal
The United States Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) has recently released an update regarding West Bank-related designations and the removal of a Russia-related designation. According to the update, the following individuals and entities have been added to OFAC’s Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) List:
- 1 individual from the West Bank: Yitzhak Levi Filant, also known as Yitzhak Levy, with a date of birth of December 15, 1987, and nationality Israel.
- 1 entity from the West Bank: Hashomer Yosh, a charity or nonprofit organization established in 2013, with a registered charity number 580575629 in Israel.
On the other hand, 1 individual from Russia, Ilya Borisovich Brodsky, has been removed from the SDN List.
These updates aim to implement various sanctions programs and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
