1. Silvana ATWI, a Lebanese national, linked to Hizballah.
2. Raji FALHOUT, a Syrian national, affiliated with the Syrian Military Intelligence Directorate.
3. Haidar Houssam Al-Din Abdul GHAFFAR, a Lebanese national, also linked to Hizballah.
4. Houssam Hasan HAMADI, a Lebanese national, also affiliated with Hizballah.
5. Abdellatif HAMIDEH, a Syrian national.
6. Khaldoun HAMIEH, a Lebanese national.

Entities:

1. GLOBAL TRADELINE SARL, a Lebanese company, linked to Hizballah.
2. GM FARM SARL, a Lebanese company, affiliated with ATWI, Silvana.
3. LIBAN OUI SARL, a Lebanese company.
4. UNITED SONS, a Lebanese company, affiliated with HAMADI, Houssam Hasan.
